Planning to release gnumeric HEAD

The majority of the string changes before 1.2 have been done.  There
are still a couple more, but it would be nice to start translating
Gnumeric's massive bulk.  With a projected deadline of late December
there is still alot to do.  Getting full coverage for the functions
is important so that we can generate the translated function
manuals.
