This is where Karl Eichwalder usually steps in and asks if you have
considered using the Translation Project
(http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/maintainers.html). :)
Or, if you want the GNOME Translation Project to contribute
translations, is there some .pot file that can be fetched?
