xchat unstable added

I added the pot file for the new unstable branch of xchat (1.9.x) to
gnome-i18n/extra-po/xchat/. This is a branch intended for use with GTK
2.0, so translations should probably be stored in UTF-8.

The stable branch in gnome-i18n/extra-po/xchat-stable/ has also been
updated with a new pot file.


I don't remember how to add the unstable branch of xchat to the GNOME
2.0 Extras status page, so if someone knows how to do it, please do so.
