What do you use middle dot for? You should not use middle dot as a special

We use it to indicate free space -- instead of " " you see "·" (or "^"
or it's translations if the display of the middle dot "·" is not desired
at all by the translator for his/her locale). We use it as a special
character in a letter-like situation. Hmm :-)
