the "alt" Yes, not sure with ctrl.

i think mod & alt is the same, not sure.

i'm planing to standardize shortcut for my own locale,
but just for alt keys, bcoz by locale us us keyboard.
i dont know about kbd mapping for other locale :(

there are, i've found something like HIG, maybe "accesibality"
or usability

the docs mentioned at question 6 & 7 have MS like, emacs like
but forgot where... :(


extra:

I'm planning to produce a pot file (similar to glossary)
 for the use of standard menubar. I'm still studying menubar from various 
apps to produce the pot file. so when it's localized, it's become something 
like 'alt key standard' for each locale.

give me a month....
