Galeon 1.2.0 string freeze

The 1.2 branch of Galeon (revision "galeon-1-2" in CVS) is now in a
string freeze for the 1.2.0 release, which will be sometime near the
beginning of March, depending on when Mozilla 0.9.9 is released.

Translators, feel free to start doing your thing. :)  Developers,
please don't commit any string changes. :)
