You will have to ask the Persian translation team. According to
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html, the Persian team
leader is Roozbeh Pournader <roozbeh@sina.sharif.ac.ir>.

I'm sure the Persian translation team also would appreciate some help
(most translation teams do), so if you have the time to help and want to
see a Persian translation of GNOME become a reality faster, your help
might help that goal.
