Heads up about GtkFileSel

I went ahead and implemented:

  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55447

Which was to change "Directory" to "Folder". This means that a lot of 
user visible strings have changed in gtk+/gtk/gtkfilesel.c

[ I point this out in particular because I know the user visible strings
  in GTK+ are rather buried in all the property descriptions ]
