gnome-control-center gnome-2-0 string freeze breakage

There has recently been an unannounced string freeze breakage in
gnome-control-center gnome-2-0 branch:

This seems to be the commit in
capplets/keybindings/gnome-keybinding-properties.c that caused the
string changes:

Communication with translators regarding string changes at supposedly
stable times is very important. Especially since noone expects
unannounced changes in GNOME 2.0 at this point. I don't know if more bug
fix releases are expected on the gnome-2-0 branch, but if there's the
slightest chance then communication with translators regarding new or
changed strings is still very important.

This change seems to be part of a backported bug fix and thus seems
useful, but it would have been nice if translators could have been
warned.
