Thanks for putting the new pot file there, but please don't commit
changes to po files. There's no need for committing back the sf po
files, and translators might be working on po file updates on gnome cvs,
and it just takes extra time to sort out cvs conflicts if developers
make unnecessary commits of the already present po files. 

Committing new pot files is always very welcome, but committing po files
should be avoided in general, and if it should be for a very good
reason, and preferrably the respective translators should be asked
first.

However, if it is a po file that is only in sf cvs and not in gnome cvs,
it might make sense to import it in gnome cvs. In that case, it reduces
the danger of duplicate translation work, and naturally there's no
danger of accidentally messing up a translators already present work in
the cvs.
