A useful utillity

Hi,

I am not a translator, but I have written a perl script which will help
the translators (and the project manager, like me) determine the status
of the po files translations.

you will find the script at gnome cvs as: anjuta/po/status.pl.

This script has to be run from the po/ dir. Here is a sample output:

		TRANSLATION STATISTICS
		Total messages: 1178

	Translations status given in percentage.
+-----------------------------------------------------+
| Po file | Translated | Fuzzy | Untranslated |
+-----------------------------------------------------+
| de.po:| 11.12 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| es.po:| 98.47 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| fr.po:| 99.58 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| it.po:| 5.09 | 14.60 | 0.00 |
| ja.po:| 0.34 | 0.68 | 0.00 |
| pl.po:| 69.19 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| ru.po:| 31.15 | 0.34 | 0.00 |
| sv.po:| 8.66 | 46.94 | 0.00 |
| ta.po:| 0.34 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| tr.po:| 100.17 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| uk.po:| 29.37 | 0.00 | 0.00 |
+-----------------------------------------------------+

Don't worry about the "100.17" entry. It simply means the po file needs
update from the pot file. :-)

I hope you will find it useful. BTW, the above translation statistics is
for anjuta module, so po files having % < 15 need some attention.

Avoid cliches like the plague. They're a dime a dozen.
