GIMP 1.2.3 release

Hi,

the 1.2.3 release of gimp is still pending and latest bug-fixes
introduced a few new translatable messages. Especially the 
new strings in the po-libgimp directory should be localized if
possible. It would be nice if you could take your time to update
the translations in the stable branch (gimp-1-2) once more.
