Gtkdial 0.3.7 is coming

gtkdial 0.3.7 is coming and the current German translation (by me) and 
 Italian translations do need updating. the merged po files are attached.

Please mail the updated translaitons to me and I'll add'em to CVS. The pot
 file is also attached -- if you plan to start a translation it's the right
  time now: it's small ~50 messages and for a useful app: gtkdial.
