gnome-utils release

There will be a new release of gnome-utils in the near future. This
release contains new programs:

- gnome-exe handler. (Handle "unknown" executables)
- meat-grinder (archive generator)

In addition bug fixes in all other components and lots of new/changed
strings all over the place.

Please update your translations.

There will be a test release out any minute now and the final release
will be in 2-3 days.
