Well, you just did the first step by anouncing it on this list ;)
I added you as the coordinator for the Hebrew GNOME translation team
to the GTP site <http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html>
so others can contact you. 
To add your translated .po files to the GNOME CVS you'll need to
contact cvsmaster@gnome.org (using username, and crypt()ed password)
to get an account. You can also contact other GNOME translators to
check-in your files (eg. me).
