Procman release this Sunday

Hello all. At the prodding of various people I finally will pre-announce
a release so translators can update translations. I plan to release
procman this Sunday. I don't plan on changing very many strings so
consider it close to string freeze right now.

Procman can be found in the CVS module procman and is a process
viewer/system monitor for those who don't know. You need Gal 0.10 and
libgtop to run procman.
