Near the bottom of this page this can be read: "The country codes are on
www.linuxi18n.org/locales!"
This page has moved to http://www.ping.be/linux/locales/ but looks
unmaintained. Previous maintainer was Pablo Saratxaga (currently working for
Linux Mandrake). A more complete list of language (or ISO-639) codes can be
found at http://lcweb.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/englangn.html
