Does the 'anoncvs.eu.gnome.org' alias, or one of 'anoncvs2.gnome.org' or
'anoncvs5.gnome.org' work in place? These are pointing to the machines
that 'anoncvs.gnome.org' used to point to. Perhaps one or both of them
are still serving up via anon rsync as before.
