For some reason the gnopernicus version included is 0.9.9.  However, the 
latest release in the 0.9 series is 0.9.19, and 0.10.0 was released on 
Monday, specifically for the GNOME 2.9.4 release.

Jeff, could you make sure that subsequent 2.9 releases use the latest in 
gnopernicus-0.10.X ? 

(I'm not a maintainer, just an interested party)
