Looking at the subject, this is regarding the timezone used on
bugzilla.gnome.org. With MySQL 4.1 it should be possible to pretty
easily use UTC on b.g.o. However, I don't want to do this at the same
time as the other changes happening tomorrow. First some testing, etc.
