Maintainer thanks for contributors

Hi all,

We'd like to make sure that there's a lot of thank you love in our release
notes for 2.4, so if maintainers could make some quick notes about the cool
contributors who've helped 2.4 ROCK THE PENTRE IFAN and send them off to the
release team, we will make sure these get into the release documentation.

There've been lots of really cool contributions to GNOME 2.4, so we're
expecting a barrage of mail. :-)
