TARBALLS DUE: GNOME 2.5.1 Development Release

So,

Welcome to the tarballs due announcement for the GNOME 2.5.1 Development
Release. First things first, let's get the institutionalised police-style
brutality out of the way. You may think of this as the vicious, unabating
release team motivational exercise from hell:

                              THIS IS NOT NAM.
                              THIS IS BOWLING.
                              THERE ARE RULES.

They didn't teach you this in management school now, did they? DID THEY?
Here ends the reading... IT'S TIME TO ROCK.

Tarballs are due this coming Monday, 8th December. Maintainers of proposed
modules are strongly encouraged to make tarball releases. This is all about
testing, testing, testing, and if your module hasn't had adequate testing
before the freeze deadline (2004-01-12), the release team will have to nix
it from the proposed modules list... You gotta be on the release train! Now
for the summary:
