Countries and spelling

There's a very helpful list of country names at
http://i18n.skolelinux.no/kodar/land.html which has english, french,
norwegian (nynorsk and bokmål) spelling in addition to ISO-3166-alpha-1
codes for all languages.

Maintainers for modules containing strings with country names are hereby
urged to go through the strings and ensure correct english spelling at
least. 

Translators go wild! I know I found a lot of mistakes in my own
translations.
