regressions in run dialog

Yeah, the dialog now looks cool, especially the icon automatically
appearing.
However, it has regressions in keyboard navigation:
1) "Append file..." button does not have mnemonics. Easy to fix
2) "Known applications" widget does not have mnemonics. This is worse,
because the disclosure widget does not support mnemonics at the moment.
3) Also, the disclosure widget replaced two things: a button and a
label. So even if "_Known applications" had mnemonics (and pressing it
opened/closed the list), there is no way to focus the programs list
(except hitting the tab).

I am not the person who will argue that this change (strings were
changed in quite a few dialogs) happened after the UI/string freeze,
but... it did.
