Bugzilla and the Great Quest for the Query

Hey Hey,
Okay, I've just created a new 'GNOME1.4' keyword for bugzilla. I figure
that we could probably use it for all new bugs that come in, so it
should make things easier when we clean out the database later on [1].
	So please start using this keyword if you can.

[1] Yeah, I have this evil thought of removing large amounts of cruft 
    from bugzilla when Kjartan has done his 1.4.1 release.
