Please help fix GNOME download

Hi.
We are getting lots of mails to the GNOME webmaster from people
reporting that the GConf download is broken at:
 http://www.gnome.org/start/installing/index.php3

They day they are told to download 1.1.5 as the latest stable release,
and not only is that the wrong file but the download is broken.

I have no idea how to fix this, so could someone who knows how the
download section works please fix this.
