I think the transparency-crash bug probably isn't that hard to fix;
it's more fundamental issues that worry me.
I posted here a while ago with a list of those, and Owen just rehashed
them pretty well.
The thing is, no one "owns" libzvt; and we don't really have enough
core-hacker type people who are cruising around fixing things they
don't own. Red Hat people will be doing some of that once we're
getting closer to our gnome 2 ship date, but at the moment I don't
have time to fix the stuff I _do_ own. ;-)
