With Nautilus as our default help browser and a couple of other
help browsers in development, I think that's fine. I do think it's
worth considering putting the man->html and info->html converters in
gnome-core and moving the docbook->html converter there. They
currently are in Nautilus, but if we've got other help browswers
using them, it's silly to make them depend on Nautilus.
