try to fix it.

Really.

The general policy (look at the GTK+ README) is that
you don't touch the gtk+ directory unless you have asked
first.

And what's going on here is that build is pulled in
as virtual module (look at the CVS docs) and should _not_ 
be in the CVS. 

I'm removing this directory on the CVS server. 

(There may have been some confusion because cvs add 
on a file is a totally client side operation, but 
cvs add on a directory does stuff on the server;
if you thought that this wouldn't actually do anything,
well, now you know ;-)
