API for libxml tree events

  I started a thread in the xml gnome org list about what API
should libxml provide for callback when an XML tree is modified.
I invite people who are interested in this topic (it potentially
concern at least gtkhtml2, gdome and bonobo) to join the list and
share their view on the topic if they have any needs.
