Note that this is an improved version over what is in gnome-libs-1.x.  It
is based on the page setup dialog in dia, which is quite an improvement
over the old one.

Maybe it should be in gnome-print for gnome 2.0?

This was a widget I wrote as part of the new paper selector.  It allows
the user to type in a suffix in the entry, and perform unit
conversions.  If this isn't considered useful, then maybe its header
should not be installed.
