moving around mime capplets

Just so everyone knows, I am now about to do some cvs surgery (cp
only, never fear) plus build hacking to move the gnome-vfs based MIME
capplet into the control-center module, and the old one into gmc.

Jacob said this was OK. Hope no one else minds - this really needs to
be done soon.
