Just to be clear - I am not saying we _shouldn't_ be using more
modules. In fact, truly gigantic modules increase release complexity
as well, since it takes longer to fix `make distcheck' problems and
get sign-off from people who hack on particular sub-components.

What I am saying is, don't assume adding more packages is free; strike
the right balance. libmyonetrivialwidget is not a good plan;
libexperimentalwidgetsforappsfooandbar may well be.
