ftp.g.o directories for oaf and gconf

I'm not sure who the correct person to mail about this is, so I'm
mailing here.

Both GConf and OAF are listed until unstable, but not stable.  Perhaps
OAF isn't considered stable yet, I don't know, but GConf has hit 1.0 so
it should be under stable in ftp now shouldn't it?
