This is a repost of my comment on gnome-components-list, where people
believe the foundation should handle the allocation of the name space
in the CORBA namespace for the GNOME module:

> Well, life sucks but I agre with maciej on this point: the foundation should

This debate seems kind of pointless, but I will add my two cents of
useless points:

	1. The module names are not enforced by anyone. They are not
enforceable, it is not like a toplevel domain allocation.

	2. Having the "Foundation" "own" the name space although
"nice" wont stop anyone from doing whatever they feel like.

	3. Not even the OMG can enforce the toplevel module names.

So, sure, if you want the Foundation to add another layer of
bureaucracy, then I guess its ok. After all, it seems like more a
matter of style and a matter of not interfering with other interface
names.
