We can't make changes for any of the modules that have been released
as part of the stable platform. This includes gnome-core, gnome-libs
and control-center. Those will have to wait for GNOME 2.0. The rest we
should fix right away.

I've asked the Foundation Board to act to register these and set up a
subcommittee to act as a registration authority for submodules. That
group will be able to start with the list you've posted.
