Hi all,

As I did not hear any wailing or gnashing of teeth, I have uploaded the new
install-module script that implements all of this new stuff. A good example
is Marco's recent Epiphany 1.0.8 release [1]:

  1ab31832d3038290969226c5d0f06264 epiphany-1.0.7-1.0.8.diff.gz
  e0983417bab7b0c0db16a688b3ed24b3 epiphany-1.0.8.changes
  973b44f512442610aec791897672afc7 epiphany-1.0.8.news
  042fc75b9a272d3afce2677d04c0e927 epiphany-1.0.8.tar.bz2
  0753a1ec6cfabbdbe28f1adfa7f698d7 epiphany-1.0.8.tar.gz

The ftp-release-list mails and greatly improved LATEST.xml RSS feed [2] now
fall back to the ChangeLog diff if no valid NEWS diff can be created, so we
can always see good info whether or not the maintainer sees fit to update
the nice human-readable stuff. :-)

The RSS feed also shows unique module icons if they are available. You need
only place an icon in your module directory [3] for this to work. I've added
a bunch myself, but there are no icons for the libraries so far. Any ideas
as to what we should do for those are greatly appreciated. Perhaps there are
some appropriate icons available already.

I need to add cross-minor-version change handling, but apart from that, it's
looking pretty sweet.
