lots of love found, but more 2.6.0 loving needed

Since the last 2.6.0 showstopper report, a pretty hefty number of bugs
have been fixed, which is awesome. We're getting really close to a
really solid, nice release, with lots of great fixes and improvements
for our users. Just these few last battles to fight, ideally ;)

PATCHes are half the battle (go joe!)

[1] raise your hand if you thought this would happen when you first got
involved in GNOME and your name is not Miguel. :)
