Ahr, nice bug. Padraig didn't renumber the NEWS heading for 2.5.5, so with
the two headings close enough together, diff "optimised" the diff into the
wrong heading order. Right content, wrong way around. ;-)

I couldn't see a way to rectify this sanely in diff; if anyone has a good
suggestion, please let me know.
