Be nice to cvs.gnome.org

Just a reminder - the current cvs.gnome.org is not a large
or fast machine, so please avoid doing things that would 
cause excessive load on it.

In particular, we've had a few problems recently with people
doing 

 cvs co .

Or the equivalent to get the whole repository. This can cause
the cvs process on the server to grow to many hundreds of
megabytes.

We hope to have a new cvs.gnome.org installed reasonably soon
that *will* be a large and fast machine, but since it is a 
resource shared by many, many developers, it would still 
be a good idea to treat it with some care.
