TARBALLS DUE: GNOME 2.5.2 Development Release

So,

Tarballs are due Monday, 29th December. This is an early warning, because
many of us will be attempting to limit exposure to technology over the next
couple of weeks, so NOW is your opportunity to get a release out if you're
going on holidays. Otherwise, you may invoke The S.N.O.R.P. Protocol, which
roughly translates to "get James Willcox to do it". But this usually only
works with snorp's co-workers or the Nautilus maintainers. Keener. Anyway,
don't assume that James will be available. He might be sleeping in.

Maintainers of proposed modules are strongly encouraged to make tarball
releases. This is all about testing, testing, testing, and if your module
hasn't had adequate testing before the freeze deadline (2004-01-12), the
release team will have to nix it from the proposed modules list... You gotta
be on the release train! Now for the summary:
