My opinion is still that this would be a bad idea, since it would make
tab-traversing the UI much more awkward, by requiring (at best)
control-Tab to "get out" of a tab completion entry field. The arrow-key
completion seems better, since arrow-key navigation is not "guaranteed"
by our keynav spec, it is a convenience feature, whereas TAB is the
"primary" keynav mechanism for moving focus, just as spacebar is the
main mechanism for activating UI elements.
