Your change won't affect any other modules unless they decide to use a 
branch called ANJUTA_1_0_0, so you shouldn't worry about it.

Conversely, you won't get any bug fixes made to the head 
gnome-common/macros.  This is one of the reasons the cvs-included macros 
directory was such a bad idea ...
