I've made my phone numbers available to a fairly large group of
people (the people on the gnome-sysadmin list)... and said that if
the CVS server goes down it's OK to call me.
That being said, the CVS server has gone down _very_ little since
it was split of from the web stuff. (Don't have exact stats, but
I'd guess 2-3 times total in the last 18 months.)
Bugzilla/www has been a little less reliable recently, hopefully
the problems over the last week or so have been resolved now.
