You would need some way to decide which you wanted to see. Using our
full mime type list will terrify the user.
Another related problem is if you go task based (sensible) then you need
a selection tool. The idea being
Read Mail
Up pops a druid explaining you have 3 mail apps installed and allowing you
to see a picture, explanation and bits about each and pick one to use, and
optionally make default
