This is odd. I only recall two broad changes as a result of the UI project:
the dialog button changes and the implementation of keyboard navigation.
The latter has been pushed by many users and the accessibility project.
Anything else that may have happened has been either rejected, postponed,
or app-specific (often via bugzilla).
So how has DISABLE_DEPRECATED been driven by the UI project?
