Removing useless cvs modules

The following CVS modules are old and forgotten-about:
rosegarden (moved to CVS, uses Qt/KDE instead)
gtk--draw (ancient, forgotten, doesn't work with current gtkmm versions)
gtk--plot (ancient, forgotten, doesn't work with current gtkmm versions)
README (an old test)
