I think we'd be better off using either the word "favorites" or
the word "bookmarks", but not both, since IE and Mozilla have foolishly
defined both to mean the same thing.
It's not obvious to me that "my favorite bookmarks" is a category
that's going to be useful to everybody, and for those it is useful for,
they can create whatever subfolders they want.
Likewise -- now that I think about it -- it's not obvious to me that
"my bookmarked favorites" -- as opposed to "my other favorites, which
are not bookmarked" makes any sense. "Favorites/bookmarks" only works
if you define "bookmarks" to mean something special, e.g., "web sites".
So if it was up to me, I'd pick one or the other, and then go for
functional descriptions for the subcategories.
But if we can't get a consensus, someone needs to round up some naive
users and see what they think. :)
