I'm not a huge fan of the discussions, but they indeed have interesting
parts sometimes (somebody posting a problem with the program announced
with its solution, RPMs/debs announcement, etc.). I'd rather have a
login system to stop people from posting spam/insults/etc. anonymously.

The problem we have is with the texts of the announcement.
