useless gnome cvs modules

I think the following cvs modules are artifacts of cvs surgery or
mistakes, and probably don't have even historical value. Would it be
OK to blow them away?

gnome-xml.tmp
gnumeric-before-surgery

I'm also guessing at least some of these control-center modules are
not needed, can someone tell me which (if any) are live?
